EXCHANGES
We cover shipping costs only for exchanges within the U.S.
Items must be unwashed and have their original tags.
If you haven’t returned your original item for exchange within 1 month of submitting your request, the exchange will be automatically closed, and the item you selected for exchange will no longer be reserved in our system.
This helps ensure fair availability for all customers and allows us to restock popular items in a timely manner.
RETURNS
- Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused, with all original tags attached.
- You may return or exchange merchandise by mail within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Defective merchandise or incorrectly sent items can be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Merchandise received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion.
To return an item, please include the Judy Blue invoice that was emailed to you or attached to your package.
Once your return is approved, Judy Blue will provide a shipping label at your expense.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Please allow 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
If an order is refused, the return shipping fee will be charged. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' outlined on UPS.com.
If a package is undeliverable due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete destination information (such as apartment or suite numbers), the cost of resending the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Once a package is handed over to our carrier, we no longer have control over it and cannot guarantee the condition of the shipment. In the event of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our abilities, but we cannot be held liable for carrier delays or errors.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were not purchased through our website, or on items with odors such as cologne or cigarette smoke.
