How should I wash my Judy Blue Jeans?

To encourage the quality of life for your jeans, we recommend you washing your Judy Blue on cold wash delicate cycle or hand wash. Then proceed by air / hang drying.

Can I combine my Gift Cards or other Coupon Code?

You can only use ONE coupon code or Gift Card code per order. Codes can not be combined for the same order.

I bought Judy Blue from a boutique or another retailer. Can I return or exchange with you?

Any Judy Blue items purchased outside of our official website (https://judybluejeans.com) must be handled by the retailer you purchased from. We are unable to help with returns or exchanges if your purchase was made outside of our official website.

How will I process return and exchange?

What is your return policy?

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on items that are unwashed, unworn, unused with all original tags attached. You may return/exchange merchandise by mail within 30 days after original purchase date. Defective merchandise & incorrectly sent items may be returned for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 21 days may not be accepted or will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus the cost of return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

If package is undeliverable because of missing, incorrect, or incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other destination information, cost of resending package will be invoiced to customer.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we do not have control over the package and cannot guarantee the condition of the shipment. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. If customer refuses to accept the package or no attempt is made in the country of the destination to deliver the package, we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
