Position Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting
operations, and managing inventory activity. This role works closely with Chief Finance Officer, Controller, Customer
Service, Sales, and Warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments.
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Track inventory across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.
• Manage COGS calculations, that include freight allocations and landed costs.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports; support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensures compliance with tax laws and accounting standards
• Partner with external accountants or auditors as needed.
• Analyze margins, sell-through, inventory aging.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts.
• Support ad hoc finance and operations projects.
Qualifications
• Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with the apparel, fashion or consumer goods industries.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with inventory accounting and UNICAP (Uniform Capitalization) rules, including capitalization of
manufacturing and production-related costs.
• Familiarity with financial and sales tax nexus requirements for multi-state businesses
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and QuickBooks or other ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Job Overview:
The Quality Control Auditor is responsible for inspecting imported production once it arrives at the domestic office. This role ensures all garments meet company quality standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements before bulk is approved for release. The auditor serves as the final checkpoint between overseas factory production and the brand, documenting issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring only first-quality goods move forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming production shipments from overseas factories for compliance with approved SMS, PP, and TOP samples.
- Audit garments for construction, fabric quality, fit, wash, trim, labeling, and overall workmanship.
- Compare incoming bulk production against approved standards and comments.
- Identify defects, shade variations, or inconsistencies (wash, hem, fit, stitching, etc.).
- Prepare detailed QC reports documenting findings and non-conformance issues.
- Communicate results to Production, Technical Design, and Sourcing teams to determine next steps.
- Approve, hold, or reject shipments based on quality results.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors through Production to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Track recurring issues by vendor/factory to support vendor performance evaluations.
- Maintain QC records for compliance, accountability, and future reference.
Note: The role may require occasional support for projects or tasks outside the scope of primary responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in quality control, garment inspection, or apparel production (domestic or import).
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit standards, fabrics, washes, and finishing.
- Ability to detect workmanship flaws and evaluate product consistency against standards.
- Experience reviewing bulk against TOP or PP samples.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Overview:
The Judy Blue Technical Designer will demonstrate expertise and knowledge in both junior and plus-size denim – development, fit, construction, sizing, grading, and production practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven success in an apparel/garment construction and manufacturing environment with a specific focus on denim. The Technical Designer is responsible for a cross-functional position that interacts with both the creative and executive parts of the business. This role collaborates with the Technical Design, Design, Product Development, and Production teams, and reports to the Director of Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Design team in all aspects; working closely with other team members to effectively manage the overall workload related to construction, fit, approvals, comments, timelines, and other relevant tasks, all under the guidance of Senior Technical Designer.
- Prepare for, organize, and lead fittings, and record accurate fit comments during fittings.
- Analyze all samples for size, fit, quality, and construction and review findings with Senior TD as needed.
- Revise patterns, grade rules, and construction as needed, under the guidance of Senior TD.
- Communicate daily with overseas vendors re: fit, specs, grading issues and construction via fit comments and email correspondence.
- Maintain sample library, measurement charts, technical documentation, and tracking.
- Assist in reviewing prototypes, SMS, and production samples for fit, quality, and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (design, product development, and production) to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct basic research on fabrics, trims, and finishes as needed.
- Ensure consistency of brand fit and construction standards across styles.
- Strive to enhance fit and quality by analyzing customer feedback, sales input, and staying informed about market competition.
- Team administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development, Technical Design, Patternmaking, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-10 years’ work experience Technical Design or a related field, including experience with fit, spec, patterns, fabrics, and commenting preferred.
- Experience with junior and plus size denim.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of fit in patterns, construction techniques, sample evaluation, material assessment, workmanship, functionality, and production feasibility.
- Extensive computer experience including, but not limited to, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with multitasking and handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. This entry-level role offers a dynamic opportunity to build foundational experience in account management, client relations, and wholesale operations. You’ll work closely with senior account executives to support day-to-day sales activities, manage client communications, and help drive business growth through proactive service and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior account executives by managing wholesale orders and tracking shipments.
- Assist as a point of contact for buyers and senior account executives by answering inquiries, resolving issues and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through research and outreach.
- Coordinate showroom setups and market appointments, including organizing samples and preparing line sheets.
- Provide proactive customer service by managing client’s orders and make product suggestions based on client’s order history
- Assist in processing PO’s and help maintain orders by ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing and shipping requirements
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales data by analyzing sell-through reports, identify sales trends and best-sellers, and provide insight for reorders

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our B2B online sales channels. The role focuses on overseeing wholesale platform operations, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. You will support bult order processing and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver a seamless purchasing experience for our business clients. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities to optimize platform performance, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth within the B2B ecommerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce & Sales Support: Assist and support the e-commerce and sales associates in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and cross-functional collaboration.
- B2B Site Management: Maintain and update online wholesale platforms (e.g., FasionGo, Faire, Joor, NuOrder), ensuring listings, pricing, and policies are current and accurate.
- Email Marketing: Design and schedule weekly email newsletters to promote new arrivals, campaigns, and promotions.
- UX Optimization: Collaborate with overseas web developers to revise and enhance website functionality and user flow for improved customer experience.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor site performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.

- Previous experience in wholesale and/or e-commerce operations, ideally in both B2B and B2C environments
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Fashiongo, Faire, Joor, NuOrder, and basic ERP systems (Experience with N41 is a plus)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across departments
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital asset management tools; basic knowledge of SEO and email/SMS marketing is a plus
